SafetAI ensures confidentiality, with all recommendations and insights being specific to each company and not publicly released without consent. The service costs $1,000 per month for a minimum engagement of one year, including at least four quarterly meetings. Companies can suggest board members and have the final decision on selections. Additional funding can be allocated for higher-value board members, and the company covers all related expenses on a cost-plus 5% basis.
